Why I Created Breakaway Leads
I was stuck in a rut with my TrainerRoad plans and wanted to level up with 1:1 coaching, but finding the right coach? Nearly impossible. The ones I did find either only offered generic training plans or charged sky-high prices for personalized coaching, often catering only to pros.
I wasn’t seeing coaches pop up organically, and after asking around, I realized most got clients purely through word-of-mouth referrals. That got me thinking, are coaches missing out on clients simply because they don’t have the time, knowledge, or strategy to market themselves?
With over 8 years of experience in business and marketing (and as an avid competitive cyclist myself) I saw a huge gap in the market. Coaches should be able to spend more time coaching and less time struggling to find clients. That’s why I created breakaway leads—to help cycling, running, and triathlon coaches grow their businesses with smart lead generation, data-driven marketing, and business strategies that actually work.
